2. Data we process
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and timestamps, collected by the web server logs of our hosting provider.
- Contact data: name, email address, company and the message you send through the contact form or by email.
- Statistics: aggregated usage data collected by Google Analytics 4, only if you accept statistics cookies on the banner. IP addresses are truncated.
- Cookie preferences: the choice you make on the cookie banner.

4. Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by service providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR:
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd: hosting of this website on Microsoft Azure App Service (France Central region) and delivery of the contact form messages.
- Google Ireland Ltd: Google Analytics 4 (statistics, only with your consent) and Google Fonts (font files loaded from Google servers).
The cookie banner and the consent records are managed by software running on our own server (Complianz), without any transfer to third parties. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Website data is hosted in the European Union. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention
- Contact requests: for the time needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
- Statistics: 14 months, in aggregated form (Google Analytics retention).
- Cookie preferences: 365 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR).
